are the intellectual property of Virtual Science Teachers and are protected under U.S. and international copyright law.
4. Permitted Educational Use
Teachers, schools, and educational organizations may:
Use VST resources in classroom instruction
Share materials directly with enrolled students
Display or project materials during lessons
Link to VST resources from school or district platforms
Use must remain for educational purposes and may not involve redistribution, resale, republication, or commercial exploitation.
5. Prohibited Uses
Without prior written permission, users may not:
Sell or resell VST materials
Upload VST content to paid platforms or subscription services
Bundle VST materials into paid courses, products, or training programs
Modify and redistribute VST materials as original work
Extract, copy, reverse engineer, or replicate interactive tools, simulations, or proprietary systems
Rebrand or present VST content as your own

6. Third-Party Content and Embedded Services
Some VST resources include embedded or linked third-party content used to support instruction. Examples may include:
PhET Interactive Simulations
External datasets or graphs
Canva, Genially, or similar platforms
Third-party materials retain their original licenses and terms of use and are not owned or licensed by VST.
Embedded third-party media assets are provided for instructional use within the VST platform and may not be downloaded, extracted, or redistributed separately.
VST is not responsible for the licensing, privacy practices, or data handling policies of third-party platforms.
7. Privacy and Data Practices
Virtual Science Teachers collects limited, privacy-focused technical information necessary to operate, secure, and improve the website.
VST:
Does not require student accounts
Does not knowingly collect personal information from children
Does not use advertising networks
Uses analytics only in aggregate to improve educational resources

8. Donations and Financial Transactions
Donations are processed securely through Zeffy, a third-party fundraising platform.
VST does not store or process payment card information.
By donating, you agree to Zeffy’s terms and privacy policy. VST is not responsible for third-party payment processor data practices.

The VST website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
VST makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted access.
VST is not liable for technical issues, errors, omissions, or outcomes resulting from use of the website or content.
