Each row is one bar. A bar needs a label, a number, and a color. The number is printed on the bar, so the graph still reads correctly in black and white or for someone who cannot tell the colors apart.
The value axis always includes zero. Starting a bar graph part way up makes small differences look huge, so this tool does not offer that.
